Angie and Adam hung in there while we searched for a new home. Our search was over 1 year! As buyers, we had thought we had found the perfect home and found that looks could be deceiving. We then found a lot, which we fell in love with. Thankful, grateful and on and on that Angie has many, many resources upon which she calls on. We had, had two builders walk the property and both told us that we could build on it. Angie checked and found the area the lot was in had recently been re-zoned and was now considered a flood way!! Additional costs to build would have been more than $100K. As far as selling our home, their attention to detail helped us list it and it was under contract for our full price 2 days after going on the market. Angie and Adam compliment each other.
